This was without a doubt the most easy going and just plain pretty wedding we did all season. The bride was very crafty and hands on, the result was a meaningful and lovely wedding full of personal touches. It was the best definition of simple.

Late summer sunflowers, apples, burlap, bales of hay, potato sack races…sound like fun? It really looked that way from my angle as well. A family reunion party put on by event planner Fiona Haig of Boncouture events was set up beautifully against the backdrop of King City acreage.
[...] On a beautiful rare sunny summer day Heather and Jason tied the knot at Tralee Farms in Orangeville. Heather is a busy veterinarian and was open to direction. She loves dark rich red and wanted something unique. We settled on a rustic, rich look with modern undertones. Deep merlot dahlias paired with fluffy white [...] I love events like this one. A nice budget with full creative license. I was approached by Fiona Haig of Boncouture Events to help her with a client who was having a garden party for her shower on a private estate in King City.
